Real-world land context
Craig understands land value through the lens of acquisition, buildability, development potential, and end use — not just surface-level comps.
Financial advisor by day, all things land and real estate by passion — with a background in custom homebuilding, law enforcement, and a straightforward approach to property deals.
Craig’s perspective was built in the field — from raw land acquisition to finished homes — and that hands-on experience still shapes how he evaluates property and works with sellers today.
Hey, I’m Craig.
By day, I’m a financial advisor. By passion, I’m all things land and real estate.
Before finance, I built high-end custom homes, handling everything from raw land acquisition to the final details. That gave me a practical view of what actually creates value — not just what looks good on paper. That hands-on experience still drives how I approach land today: give you a straightforward offer and a clean, headache-free sale process.
I also spent more than four years in law enforcement, which means I don’t overcomplicate things. I show up, communicate clearly, and do what I say I’m going to do. My sales tactic is simple: be honest about my intentions with your property. My team works the same way.
Originally from Maine and now in North Carolina, I spend most of my time with my wife and daughter, on the golf course, or outside whenever I can be.
If you’re selling land, it’s straightforward: Offer, Contract, Sale. If you’re considering a partnership, the goal is simple: help you unlock your property’s full potential without the usual friction.
Practical valuation insight, direct communication, and a process built around alignment rather than pressure.

His background in public service and business ownership shows up in how he communicates: direct, responsive, and clear about next steps.
Whether it’s a sale or an entitlement conversation, the goal is the same: alignment, clarity, and a path forward that makes sense for everyone involved.
